Can I start any time?
YES! Doing is the first priority. The weeks are numbered and not dated on the bookmark.
Must I or my partners be members of Grace?
NO! Do it with those who will help you the most!
What if I don’t find someone?
Call the Grace church office (715-453-4066). Grace will assist as best we are able to connect people.
Every week?
Commitment and regularity is important and helpful! But again DOING is most important. If schedules limit times your group can gather try to do at least five or six.
Travel prevents us from meeting in person.
Though not ideal sharing thoughts and prayer concerns via email, social media or texting can keep you connected until you meet in person.
Praying – out loud and for 15 minutes – are you kidding?
Growing our prayer life is a major reason for doing this!! If intimidated – start slow! Begin with naming prayer concerns, use the prayer list in the bulletin, or suggestions on the “Taking Faith Home” insert.
Sharing my thoughts on the Bible –I’m no expert!
Growing our ability to read, use, and reflect on Scripture is another major reason for doing this! The goal is you! What are you hearing. What strikes you. It can be questions or surprises or things it reminds you in your life.

What are the major points of this process?
- Relationships – God’s Word & prayer profoundly deepens relationships!
- Prayer – when we pray with two or three others Jesus is there!
- Dwelling in the Word – this is a very effective means to develop our skill in hearing and following our Lord.
- God’s Mission – imagine a congregation dwelling in God’s Word, rooted in prayer, and doing this with one another.
